Prenatal Workout

Our pre and post natal workouts include strengthening of core muscles and pelvic floor to make the labor easier and avoid complications as well as weight management to insure no unnecessary weight gain occurs.

Our post-pregnancy training sessions are based on full body workouts including cardio, strength training, core training, endurance and flexibility exercises to get you back into that pre baby shape.
